WHAT DOES ACCOUNT TOWER DO FOR ITS SUBSCRIBERS?
Account Tower offers you a variety of useful financial services. We’ll make it easier to track all of your accounts, keep your money organised, budgeted, saved and protect your finances from fraudsters. We’ll also help you earn extra income through the internet.
HOW EASY IS IT TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
It’s very easy! After signing into your account, you can change your password by going to your account page and clicking on the ‘Change Password’ link. Once you have certified the change, it will automatically update your password.
HOW DO I ADD BANK ACCOUNTS OR CARDS TO MY DASHBOARD?
After signing up to Account Tower, you will be directed to the ‘Add Account’ wizard where you can add as many accounts as you wish by following the easy step-by-step process. To add or remove accounts, you can easily access the wizard by going to your dashboard.
I GET ERROR MESSAGES WHEN ADDING ACCOUNTS OR CARDS TO MY DASHBOARD. CAN YOU HELP ME?
Errors can happen when new accounts are added. Often, the quick fix is to just start the process again from the beginning. If the error still occurs, please contact us by using the online message form. Alternatively, you can ring us on 0345 565 1730 (we’re in the office from 9am-6pm on Mondays-Thursdays, and from 9am-5pm on Fridays) or email us at email@example.com.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?
Go to your account page (you will need to be signed in) and click on ‘Cancel Account’. Confirm by selecting ‘Yes, Cancel Account’ and your subscription will be ended.
PLEASE NOTE: you cannot get a refund for any of the fees you paid before cancellation.
COULD I ASK FOR A REFUND?
Your monthly payments of £27.15 start immediately because Account Tower’s services are obtainable on a subscription basis. You can cancel whenever you like, and you will not be charged any further.

HOW SECURE ARE THE SERVICES AT ACCOUNT TOWER?
For Account Tower, security is our top priority. We use SSL encryption to ensure our website services are fully secure. We will never store or access your online banking details, this means they will never be hacked. Instead Account Tower uses a Third Party service, with more than 15 years’ experience in the industry. They maintain a high-quality level of security.
WHY CAN’T I FIND MY BANK LISTED ON ACCOUNT TOWER?
Hopefully you’ll be able to find most banks and credit card providers on our lists, but there may be some that we have yet to add. If you require an account added but can’t see the bank/company listed, please contact us via the online message form, or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 0345 565 1730 (9am-6pm on Mondays-Thursdays; 9am-5pm on Fridays). Please have the company’s details ready when you contact us and we’ll try to get them added, as soon as possible.
